What is a subscription?
Reon subscriptions are a simple, hassle-free way for you to receive your favourite caffeine strips on a regular basis. Choose your caffeine strip preference and have it conveniently delivered to your door every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. You must have a Reon account in order to set up your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. Simply login to your account, go to the order section and click on the cancel button relating to your subscription order. If you have already received an parcel you wished to cancel, simply return it free of charge, you can contact our customer service team for a free return shipping label by emailing email@example.com or by free phoning 0800 031 9161 (free from a UK landline).
How do subscriptions work?
By setting up a subscription, you only need to place an order once to receive a number of deliveries at arranged intervals for your ease and convenience. When you set up a subscription, you select the products, the delivery intervals and then provide us with all the information required to process your repeat orders. This is called an order cycle and will be treated as a standing order. We promise to fulfill your order, as long as stocks last. It is only under exceptional circumstances that we may be unable to fulfil your order.
How will I be charged for my subscription?
You’ll only be charged for each order when the item(s) is despatched. The amount charged will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is shipped, plus any applicable sales VAT and delivery costs. The charge for each delivery will be billed to the credit card used to create your subscription order. If the credit card associated with your subscription account becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period, or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will send you an email notifying you that your payment failed. Your subscription will remain on hold until your payment information is updated, and you reactivate your subscription.
